The brand new homes are available to buy through our Shared Ownership programme which is designed to help people who either can’t afford to buy a home outright and get on the property ladder or are keen to rightsize to a new home. The scheme allows individuals to buy a share of a NEW home, ranging from 45% to 75%, and pay rent on the remainder. This means that you need to obtain a smaller mortgage to buy the property.
